🌟 Illustfolio Lumina March Update: Bug Fixes & Instagram Launched

Small improvements and a new way to share updates

Hi, this is Showkaku Sano. Lately, I’ve been trying to tidy up the cables around my desk, but the local 100-yen shops are completely out of cable covers. I guess it’s the new life season in Japan…

Here’s a quick look at what’s new this month!

It’s mostly small fixes this time. If you’ve disabled infinite scroll, I recommend updating your theme. To update your theme, please refer to the help guide, “Update the Theme.”

Fixes & Improvements

Bug fix: Infinite scroll disabled

Fixed an issue where various parts of the theme stopped working when the [Enable Infinite Scroll] option was turned off. (Yes, I forgot to add error handling…)

Category menu improvement

Now, if no categories are set, the “Category” navigation won’t appear on mobile. I hope this makes things feel a bit cleaner.

That said, I personally recommend using categories — they make it easy to organize your work like “Fanart” and “Commissions”.

To keep Illustfolio Lumina going in the long term, I’ve decided to spend more time on marketing, in addition to development.

Since I’m working solo, I might not be able to release new features every month — but I’ll keep doing my best to bring value to those who’ve already purchased the theme.

This month, I made a few updates on the marketing side:

🎉 Now available on BOOTH and Gumroad

You can now buy Illustfolio Lumina on BOOTH and Gumroad, in addition to the official site!

This adds more payment options — for example, BOOTH supports Rakuten Pay, which is a widely used payment service in Japan. If you have friends in Japan, feel free to recommend BOOTH to them.

The product is exactly the same no matter where you buy it.

Fun fact: I used to sell doujinshi on Gumroad years ago, so it feels like returning to an old home.

📸 Instagram account launched

I’ve started a dedicated Instagram account for Illustfolio Lumina!

I plan to post once a week, showing different ways the theme can be used — like scenes and setups from daily life.

The vibe is very different from my usual posts, so I’m still getting used to it…

The posts are currently in Japanese, but since they’re mostly visual, I think you’ll still enjoy them.

But I hope you’ll check it out and follow if you’re interested!

That’s it for this month’s newsletter! If you haven’t purchased the theme yet, you can get it here!

See you next time!
